- Credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe).
- Direct bank transfer (available only for customers located in Croatia).
Currency & VAT
All orders are processed in Euro (€). VAT is not calculated based on Article 90. paragraph 2. Law on VAT (Republic of Croatia).
Pricing
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus shipping fees. The final price shown on the product page at the moment of placing the order is binding.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges that may apply in their country of residence.
While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we will contact you before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
Card Payments & Security
By submitting payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card used is yours or that you are authorized to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
Payments are processed through Stripe using TLS (SSL) encryption. WiseMedia, obrt does not store or process your card details.
The charged amount may be converted to your local currency by your card issuer, which may result in small differences between the displayed price and the final charged amount.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not authorize payment for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
